Veterinary medicine is constantly evolving. Dr. Beth Guerra and Dr. Laurie Wieringa noted a shift in the veterinary climate over the past several years, partly due to the pandemic and how it has driven a big increase in pet ownership. Primary care veterinarians were struggling to accommodate current and new clients, and emergency clinics quickly became overwhelmed by their caseload. Pets with urgent care needs were not able to be treated in a timely matter. To address this gap, the doctors (and longtime friends) created Arrow Animal Urgent Care. Meet the Doctors and the rest of our amazing team!

Our mission as a walk-in clinic is to assess and treat pets with urgent care needs as well as to provide owners with follow-up instructions for their primary veterinarian. When necessary, we refer clients to the appropriate emergency/specialty clinic. We strive to serve clients efficiently and provide full on-site diagnostics to be able to determine the best course of action for each pet.

True to our nature, we do not provide any wellness or preventive care, such as vaccines, flea products, or health certificates, nor do we offer any elective or emergency surgeries or hospitalization. However, we do provide your cats and dogs with exceptional, compassionate care for limping, lacerations, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, urinary tract infections, toxin ingestions, allergic reactions, and eye/ear/skin infections. If you have any questions regarding our services and if we can help your loved one, please call and ask: (425) 270-2991.
